Delete your Pluton account

You can permanently delete your Pluton account from inside the app. This is the fastest and most direct way to remove your account and associated cloud data.

Delete from the app

• Open Pluton AI and sign in to the account you want to delete.
• Open Me.
• Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

What deletion removes

Account deletion removes your account and associated cloud data, including cloud images, avatars, activity, credits, and Pluton subscription records, subject to limited legal, billing, security, backup, fraud-prevention, and abuse-prevention retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account does not remove images already saved to your device and does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel that subscription in Google Play.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email connected to your Pluton account. We may ask for information needed to verify that the account belongs to you.
